The stairs posed a challenge, especially with luggage, while the room had a bathroom down the hall, contrary to expectations. Thin walls made it tough to sleep due to noise from neighboring rooms, and the pillows were uncomfortable, leading to poor sleep quality.

Had a great time with friends! The hosts were super friendly, and the location was spot on for our beach day and fun at the pier. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of choices to start the day right. The place felt homey and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit!
The stairs were a bit tricky, especially with our bags, which slowed us down coming in and out.

Our stay was truly enjoyable! The location was ideal, just off the sea front, making it easy to access the beach and local shops within a quick five-minute walk. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. it felt like a home away from home. The breakfasts were exceptional, complete with a full English spread that gave us the energy to explore the area.
Unfortunately, we encountered a situation with a disruptive guest in the hallway during our late-night arrival.

Exceptional breakfast and warm hospitality
I had a delightful three-night stay where Jo was the perfect hostess, making sure we felt at home. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which was beautifully prepared with a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were lovely and clean, making it a comfortable retreat after exploring the beach and nearby attractions. One small improvement would be having some of the single rooms on the ground floor for easier access, especially for older guests.
